Carnation Legal Services LLC Standard Hourly Default Pricing Policy

This Standard Hourly Default Pricing Policy ("Policy") applies to the service offerings contemplated under www.carnationlegal.com, and generally by Carnation Legal Services, Carnation Legal and (or "Company") and governs any services that may be provided as therein contemplated.

Standard Hourly Default Pricing, subject to both case inflation and sliding scale offerings, is Three Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars an hour (USD $375.00/hr.). Hourly compensation is calculated by not less than the quarter hour and, with reservation of all rights, will be rounded in favor of the client.

Services are addressed on a case by case basis. Project based and flat fee quotes are favored to promote transparency and predictability. Cases may be taken on contingency or hybrid as agree to in writing by Carnation Legal and the client.

If not otherwise agreed Standard Hourly Default Pricing shall apply to the provision of all services provided for and/or contemplated hereunder.
